Rhythms of Grace

By Aaron

I've attached a tab for Rhythms of Grace from the album "Aftermath" by Hillsong United. It's in two parts, but the videos are linked together, so should be all good. Anyways the tab is as follows:

Guitar 1:

Neck pickup (Tone knob at roughly 2/3)
Clean boost
8th note delay
Reverb
I suspect they have an eq going on this guitar line which reduces bass and increases treble. Play around and find the tone for this line that fits for you.

Intro/Verse
    Am               F            C
e|---8--8--8--8--8---s5-5-5-5-5---s12----------|
B|--10-10-10-10-10---s6-6-6-6-6---s13---(x12)--|
G|---------------------------------------------|
D|---------------------------------------------| x2
A|---------------------------------------------|
E|---------------------------------------------|
    Dm               Am               F         C
e|--13-13-13-13-13---12-12-12-12-12---13--------8--|
B|--15-15-15-15-15---13-13-13-13-13---10-(x12)--8--|
G|-------------------------------------------------|
D|-------------------------------------------------|
A|-------------------------------------------------|
E|-------------------------------------------------|

Chorus:
    G        Am         F
e|--7--------8----------5--------|
B|--8-(x12)--10-(x12)---6-(x24)--|
G|-------------------------------|
D|-------------------------------|
A|-------------------------------|
E|-------------------------------|

Bridge:
For the bridge I've rolled the tone back up, which sounds good through my amp (A little muddy on the recording), play with your tone settings to see how it works with your setup
    C    F
G|----------|
D|--5----3--|
A|--3----3--|
E|----------|

Guitar 2:

Bridge Pickup
Boost
Overdrive
8th note delay (very little)
Reverb

Verse:
Comes in after the first chorus, repeats for the the whole verse
    A      C       F
e|---------------------------------------|
B|---------------------------------------|
G|--s2--s9-s0---s9-s5--s7h9-7h9---7h9p7--|
D|---------------------------------------| (x3)
A|---------------------------------------|
E|---------------------------------------|

And the verse finishes on:
    C
e|--------------------------------------|
B|--------------------------------------|
G|--5---s7h9-7h9----7h9-7h9----7h9-7h9--|
D|--------------------------------------|
A|--------------------------------------|
E|--------------------------------------|

Chorus:
Just the same line repeating for the entire chorus:
e|------------|
B|---------8--|
G|--5--7p5----|
D|------------|

Bridge:
(Playing 16th notes)
e|--8--10--13--12---10--13-----15---|

Awakening

By Aaron

Unfortunately the recording quality isn't great - you can't hear the reverb and the delay is a little washed out but the settings are as follows:

Lead:
Neck pickup
Clean Boost
Delay settings:
E level - Full
Feedback Level - 1/4 to 1/3
Tone - Full.
Reverb

Second:
Bridge pickup
Overdrive (Jekyll and Hyde, Drive at 1/2)
Delay - Same delay as Lead
Reverb.

For reverb for the second guitar it needs to be strong enough that it almost drowns out the strokes on the strings. Can't hear it too well on the recording.

Lead: Verse: E B A E

Rooftops

By Aaron

Here is a tab for the song "Rooftops" from the Jesus Culture album
"Come Away". I've used the bridge pickup the whole way through. And
the effects remained the same.

Dotted 8th (E.Level 40%, Feedback 25%)
Reverb (Dwell near full, a little feedback).
